What comes to mind when you hear the word theologian? Some picture a scholar surrounded by books, carefully studying Scripture. Others imagine a lecture hall debating fine details while missing the bigger picture of God’s Word.
But theology simply means “the study of God.” To be a theologian is to know God as He has revealed Himself. It’s not a calling reserved for pastors, professors, or academics. Everyone who follows Christ and longs to know Him more deeply is already a theologian.
Growing as theologians means learning to think carefully, humbly, and biblically about God. It means moving beyond assumptions and being shaped directly by His Word. None of us arrives at perfect understanding—we are all learners, continually formed, corrected and matured as we behold Him in Scripture.
This class will help you grow as a practical theologian—someone who not only knows truth about God, but learns to live it every day.
