Volunteers 13 years and older and children in Preschool-4th grade register here for 4 evenings of fun, Monday, July 15 - Thursday, July 18, teaching God's Rock-Solid Truth in a world of shifting sands.

And, new this year, 5th and 6th grade students register here to participate in a service project during VBS, more details to come.

It’s our desire to free parents up to serve and to grow. That’s a major reason we provide nursery care for children ages 0-2 every Sunday morning. Nursery care is offered during both church services as well as the Sunday School hour. Simply check your child in using our secure KidCheck® system and let our ministry volunteers take it from there. 

As a church, we desire to support parents in raising their children in the knowledge of God and His word. We offer Sunday morning classes for kids of all ages.

Classrooms
•    Age 3-4 – Room 116 in the Nursery Area
•    Age 5 through Kindergarten – Room 117 in the Nursery Area
•    Going into grades 1 and 2 – Room 112
•    Going into grades 3, 4 and 5 – Room 113

Our hope is for children to be engaged and excited about church! While children are always welcome during Sunday morning services, we also offer Kid’s Church for preschool through 5th grade during our 11am service. Children sit with their families in the Sanctuary until the end of worship, when they are dismissed to their respective classes.

An engaging ministry experience for preschool-5th grade. Every Wednesday night during the school year join us for exciting games, meaningful music, fun and relevant crafts, as well as Bible lessons presented in new and unique ways! Hillcrest Kids is broken into three age segments: 1) Sow (Preschool), 2) Grow (Kindergarten-2nd grade), and 3) GO (3rd-5th grade). Stay tuned for fall registration info!

Kinship CrossFit classes are an opportunity for young children to build a foundation of coordination, balance, and body control. Kids (4-12) along with one of their parents, are led through various exercises and activities. Each class covers different movements, skills and a specific Bible verse that carries over to our life outside of exercise. All classes are free.

At Hillcrest, it is our desire to cultivate an environment where all children can meet and know Jesus. Bridging the Gap is our ministry which comes alongside parents, children, and leaders to advocate for your child and provide alternate teaching strategies that will help them participate in the various Hillcrest ministries. We can provide learning tools as well as a 1:1 helper when needed.
