Small Groups (meet during the school year)

Small groups are a way for students to get to know each other better. It’s a way for adult staff to build strong relationships with students. It can be a stepping stone to accountability and mentor relationships. Another benefit is that it can be an environment in which individuals can be heard, an arena where students can interact with and learn from others who might be going through similar struggles or situations. Each group meets once a week during the school year (typically on a Wednesday night, but schedules vary depending on each individual small group). We have both co-ed and and non-co-ed groups. Contact Pastor Zach at 402-643-2316 to get plugged in with a small group! New students are welcome to join at any time during the school year.

Mission Trip

Every June we take a team of high school students to New Orleans to help with a ministry-partner called Urban Impact. This trip exposes students to a different culture, gives the opportunity to develop character, leadership skills, and helps to fight an entitlement mentality. (Sr. high – Each June)

Retreats

Are various weekend events designed to build community, challenge spiritual growth, and equip students to share the gospel.

Worship Team

This is a chance for middle and high school students to use and develop their skills to serve their peers each week. Under capable volunteer leaders, these worship teams practice and lead their peers in musical worship.

Fundraising:

We offer two to three fundraisers per school year as needed to help defray the travel costs associated with our retreats/mission trips. Each family is responsible to pay a specified deposit to register and demonstrate a commitment to the event of interest.  Each student can earn scholarship assistance by a combination of working the fundraising events and attendance to Bible Class, Inside Out (Middle School) OR Revolution (High School).  All funds raised by your son or daughter go into a large pool of money which is distributed with the guidance of our Youth Financial Team.
