- Where: Castle Rock Community Church, New Orleans, LA.
- How Much: $425.00 plus money for 4 days with of meals there and back and any extra spending money
- Students must have completed their freshman year of highschool to be a participant
- January 15th: Deposit of $100.00 non-refundable due.
- February 12th at 6pm: Valentine’s Banquet Fundraiser
We want all those who are committed to the NOLA trip to be at each time slot. If a student cannot come they should contact Pastor Brant with the reason.Setup on Fri. Feb. 10th: 7 – 10PMSetup on Sat. Feb. 11th: 1 – 6PMSun. Feb. 12th: 3 – 9:30PM (All NOLA students must be present at this time frame)
- February 26th during Sunday School hour: Parents and Students Meeting in the Sanctuary
- March 3rd: Mandatory support letter must be sent out. You will receive training on how to write the support letter at the student/parent meeting
- March 12: Payment of $162.50 due or what has come in from support letters.
- May 7: Final payment of $162.50 due or whatever has been raised from support letters
