New Orleans Mission Trip – Registration CLOSED!

Castle Rock Community Church and Urban Impact Ministries:

• When: Friday, June 8th — Sunday, June 17th

• Where: Castle Rock Community Church, New Orleans, LA.

• How Much: $425.00 plus money for 4 days of meals there and back and any extra spending money

• Students must have completed their freshman year of highschool to be a participant




Important Dates:

• January 21st:Application, Medical Release Form, and Deposit of $100.00 non-refundable due. Pay Here

• February 11th at 6pm: Valentine’s Banquet Fundraiser
(We want all those who are committed to the NOLA trip to be at each time slot.  If a student cannot come they should contact Pastor Brant with the reason.)             

Setup on Fri. Feb. 9th:  7 – 10PM

Setup on Sat. Feb. 10th: 1 – 6PM

Sun. Feb. 11th: 3 – 9:30PM (All NOLA students must be present at this time frame)

• Parent and Student Meeting: Sunday, March 18th at 9:45AM in the Sanctuary

• March 25th: Mandatory support letter must be sent out. You will receive training on how to write the support letter at the student/parent meeting 

• March 11th: Payment of $162.50 due or what has come in from support letters.

• April 29th: Final payment of $162.50 due or whatever has been raised from support letters
