Bookkeeper

Hillcrest Evangelical Free Church is looking for a part-time bookkeeper responsible for maintaining the Church’s financial records, including general ledger, payroll, purchase orders, and accounts payable. The position is designed to work up to twenty (20) hours per week. A minimum of three years of experience preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks/Payroll preferred. Familiarity with online banking procedures preferred. Financial Secretary

Hillcrest Evangelical Free Church is looking for a part-time financial secretary responsible for counting, recording, depositing all monies, and creating appropriate reports. This position is designed to work up to five (5) hours per week. Proficiency in computers and in using programs including QuickBooks, and Excel.
